Positives:
The bed was comfy and the staff were super nice. It’s not their fault the hotel wasn’t the best.
Negatives:
The AC/Heat unit didn’t work and the hallways had dehumidifiers which made the air thick, sticky and hot. My husband could not sleep at all. The soap dispenser racks in the shower were ripped out. Lastly (not the hotel’s fault) but someone tried to come through the adjoining door at 5am.
