Families actually live in the hotel, lots of kids playing in the parking lot. Old bathroom, breaking fixtures. I was charged twice for my stay.

I like the fact it is 20 minutes away from Six Flags. Taco Bell was also across the street and the hotel also served breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and nice hot shower.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY CHARGED ME A $27 PER DAY PET FEE FOR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL WHEN I HAVE PAPERS TO PROVE THAT I SHOULDN'T PAY ANYTHING FOR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICE ANIMAL.

People working there are just disconnected with reality. They seem coming from another time, another business culture. My booking was cancelled from their part for absolutely no good reason. When I showed up thay acted as if I had no business being within their facility, when I had a confirmed and paid Booking.
I just spoke to booking.com for almost two hours , they were told by the hotel ( lets call it a hotel for now) that I didn't show up, but at the same time they complained because I harassed the front desk employee. Ok.
To me I really felt discriminated by people who cultivate hatred towards a category of people, just because where they re from, they re used to that behavior. They forget that in the US, customers have rights.
Anyway good luck if you want to experience the smell and the hardship with the staff.

I had room 127 which is next to exit and the amount of noise of the door slamming was horrible. The tenants that live there are dirty and loud.

For some unknown reason, the lights were set to turn off after 20 to 30 minutes. Of course, when the lights go off the guest is completely in the dark whether they want to be or not. As a disabled traveler, this is certainly a huge inconvenience which I could only circumvent by leaving the television on all night.
Of course when the lights went out, so too did my ability to charge my phone. This was especially critical because the room phone did not work at all and so I had no way of calling for assistance.
This was all disconcerting, especially since I have used this facility when I travel to see my daughter and her family, as I have been doing now for 4 years. Mr Patel and his staff have always been very accommodating and I would be disappointed not to be able to experience their gracious hospitality.
