The worse stay at my favorite hotel
Positives:
I like the quick and quality of the service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The clerk helped me with a problem that I had with my booking. She took care of it without a problem which relieved me from thinking that it was going to be a stressful check in.
Negatives:
Well, I didn't like that we weren't really able to get in the pool. The pool was ice cold. We came back later because we were told something was wrong with the boiler. Still too cold. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Room had many cosmetic issues...it was advertised incorrectly..."2 Room Suite" it was 2 beds in 1 room....not what we were looking for...and it was unkempt. Also the pool was so cold there was no way we could get in it...75 or under...there were others discussing the temperature of the pool.
