Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. My toilet was broke snd flooding everywhere. When i called the desk they informed me to come and get a plunger and that maintenance was not there yet. Me and my husband was late for our engagement and we couldnt get ready at all because it was flooded.

The bed was full of hair. I checked for bed bugs, found none, however I ended up with a bite on my leg the next day. It took a lot out of me to make it through the night, I wanted to leave immediately! I didnt read the reviews because I never had a bad stay in Nap but please dont stay here guys.

The guy at the front desk was very nice; the price was reasonable; and the location was good.
Negatives:
The hallways were filthy, just stuff all over the carpeted floors. It was not well-maintained, whatsoever. The bathroom in our room had hairs all over the sink and floor, and there was no handle on the bathroom door. Not really worth the money.

They no longer serve breakfast even though it was advertised that they did.

Smelly. No one there to check me in. No coffee maker in the room. Doors unlocked at night.

It was in Naperville, IL. It was clean enough and the guests were not as scary as my last experience. ( I told myself I would never again stay with Extended Stay but I gave them another try.)
Negatives:
No amenities whatsoever. No hangers, no shampoo, no coffee, no coffee maker, toilet didn't flush well, most employees were mean as hell, no breakfast. They charge or fine you for everything they can get away with. Cat pee smell and wet spot.

The price was ok, but quickly realized that you get what you pay for. Whom so ever owns this location is hemorrhaging money.

Staff was no where to be found. There was a piece of paper posted in the lobby about no clean linens without a deposit, no kitchen kits available. Just run very poorly with our any oversight.

I didn't like the room

The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the A/C worked well. The location was nice. There were many restaurants nearby and it was close to the family I was visiting.
Negatives:
Most of the staff could use a lesson in customer service. Most of them were lazy and quite rude. The attitude of pretty much everyone at the front desk has been one of being bothered by being asked to do their job. Almost every time we asked for something we were not so nicely told to come back later. We had to ask for a new set of towels 5 times. The hallways smelled like stale smoke most of the time. The room had a faint smell of not being clean. The outlet in the kitchen did not work and the one nightstand has been broken and glued back together not very well.
