Positives:
The room was stylish and comfortable. The bath and shower very nice and loved the Zenology products. The bed and linens comfy. Enjoyed our river view. The public spaces were comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. It was no problem to check in early, which made us happy and able to enjoy more time here. Parking arrangements were easy and no extra parking fee. We walked downtown Naperville and the river walk. Enjoyed our one night stay.

The location was nice. However, we were woke up at 5am on Sunday by a public address system screaming peoples names
Negatives:
Room had maintenance issues (curtains ripped and falling down, safe didn't work). Bottled water was already opened. No extra blanket for the bed. Breakfast was way too expensive for what it was ($12.00 for a bowl of oatmeal). Parking was free but was supposed to be reserved to hotel guests. This was not monitored by the hotel so lots of people parking without being hotel guests making parking difficult.
