Positives:
It was easy to get too from the highway
Negatives:
It was under construction. The rooms were not ready for guests. The bathtub was dirty, they came and cleaned it. Then the hot water did not work so they moved us to another room. It was after midnight and we were very tired and just wanted to get some sleep . It took over an hour to get settled.

The receptionist completely ruined my stay
She didn't use my reservation I made on line because she didn't know what she was doing
The owners were out of town and the hotel was dirty and she wasn't trained correctly
I have cancer and got sick during my stay and so when the owners came back they said I had only paid a week but I thought I paid for two weeks
The receptionist made a new reservation for a week and didn't say she did
Instead she told us we had earned a promotion and that was why the payment was half off
So instead of the Rodeway Inn dmitting the mistake they put me out with no where to go and I was very sick .
The receptionist really screwed me over and the owners told me that they didn't care and they want more money

The worst day of my life
Positives:
Nothing.
Negatives:
The double charges on my card, and when brought to the staff attention, they having to call the property management and them yelling at staff on phone. When I speak directly to the management, she was rude and dismissive. When I finally said Im disputing the charges they claimed they fixed it and then charged me again at check out . And I still havent received my money back yet.

The hotel is in remodeling phase apparently. There are boxes and buckets everywhere. The staff are nice but seem intimid
