Positives:
The young lady at the counter when we arrived on 5/27 after 11pm, was very accommodating, patient, and displayed great people’s skills. Her attitude and personality helped us feel at easy and happy to have chosen Hyatt hotel during our family’s visit resulting from a catastrophe related to lighting and thunderstorms which caused serious damage to our home. Thanks!!

Negatives:
Handicapped room had bars in the restroom & that was all. Stool too short; tub should be roll in; sink faucet too small & back too far; room should be on first floor in event of fire.
Better directions of what to do in event of fire or disasters. When consulting on how a handicapped room should be equipped , try to consult an actual handicapped person for ideas!! They know better what is needed in their room. Tx

Positives:
The pool was clean and nice temperature. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Towels were nice.
Negatives:
No place to conveniently park, even for check in. There are only 3 parking spaces, 2 of which are reserved for Starbucks! The driveway is small & has a van parked in it. Parking is in the train station garage across the street.
At check-in we were told breakfast was 6:30-10, but when we went down @ 9:40, a rather rude young man was putting away the last item and said breakfast ended at 9:30 on weekdays.
In the, room the tub was so shallow & small only a toddler could soak in it!
There was no helpful binder in the room with specific information about amenities or the surrounding community--not even when I asked for one.
The refrigerator did not have a freezer for keeping our ice packs cold for our trip. There was no microwave. Since there is NOT a restaurant in the hotel, this would have been nice.
The shower head by the pool for rinsing after a swim did not work. Water pressure in the restroom there was so low you could barely wash your hands. No bench, chair, shelf in that room for changing, even though a sign said swimwear was not permitted in public areas.

Positives:
Easy check in and very easy parking setup. Good breakfast with reasonable hours. Didnt have time to check out other amenities. Lots of clean towels.
Negatives:
We booked a king size room & were met with two queen beds. My partner and I didnt think to confirm in the check in and it was too late/inconvenient to change rooms once we arrived. :( most of the soaps and things were low in the room but bar soap goes a long way
