waited hours to use our bathroom as the toilet was clogged even thought we weren't in our room most days. Had to wait up pretty late to for them to bring a plunger that didn't really do anything to fix the problem.

It seemed like our room wasn’t cleaned or totally ready. There was an ironing board left out… thought that was odd. Then we noticed crumbs on the floor but were too tired to call the desk (got in late) The next morning WE REALIZED THERE WAS NO SHOWER CURTAIN. My husband went to the desk to complain but the staff said “we will let the house keeping staff know when they get here.” We waited until breakfast was served to ask about the house keeping bringing up a curtain and this woman was stunned. She had no idea of our request for one in our room. Just unbelievable.
