Room is dirty when I checked in staff did not offer me anything else or remedy to the situation. Staff member the front desk was rude at check-in. Took me an hour and a half to find somebody to help me log onto Wi-Fi. Call management three times no help

Another guest mentioned that there is no bright light in the room. This is true. Its all low mood lighting. I did bring a flashlight for this reason. I used to to pack and unpack my bags. The light in the bathroom was perfect for getting ready to go out
