So we booked this place for 2 nights. Arrived Friday and found bed bugs on our bed ! the room had several areas where bed bugs had lain (refer to images). we immediately left that night and told the staff. they gave us several emails and phone numbers to "managers" who never answered us at all!! I took pictures that I also sent them. They have told us nothing so far except their apologies and promises to refund which DID NOT HAPPEN. It has been 3 weeks and they haven't refunded the amount. I would just like them to reach out to us properly and resolve this issue without false promises.

We liked the Location. It is near alot of helpful places.

There are alot of things we did not like. This place offered "breakfast" it literally was 2 things of cereal with milk and juice with coffee. I was informed by employee when checking in that breakfast was like a grab and go style with muffins,fruit, granola bars things of that nature and it was nothing like that. Our room had the king bed which felt like a thin mattress on top of a board that made you sink to the middle it was uncomfortable. There was people sleeping in there car in the parking lot. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that it would wake the person up if you needed to go at night cause there was not an option to turn just that part off. Overall if you plan to stay more then one night I would not recommend.

Positives:
I like the fact that Manger was available at check-in, and he was pleasant and helpful. The facilities were very clean and I felt safe, that there is a restaurant on property.
Negatives:
I didn't like that there is no soundproofing. I could hear the people in the room above me and also the very loud couple next door being a couple and was awoken at 5:30am by this.
