Negatives: See above. Additionally, when I got into my room, there was a floor fan running and the thermostat didn't work at all. I had to change rooms.

Positives: I have stayed at several extended stay hotels lately & yours was the absolute best! Your complimentary brkfst was the best by far even having a cook preparing omelettes. And I loved the cut up fresh fruit, not canned. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Chicago!
