I've been here before, so I knew the area.

Staff failed to answer the phone all night and the window to my room was left open and the curtain pulled shut. Someone could have fallen out of the 4th-floor window. Very dangerous.

There could have been an emergency, and there would be no help- the night staff was MIA. Very sad.

staff friendly, and acknowledged vistitors, convenient to conference attended at Drury

the hot tub had way too much chlorine in it, very strong odor and bottom felt like sand had requested bottom floor due to having service animal when made reservation, but request wasnt acknowledged. Although one of staff helped with getting animal up the stairs (dog was trained to alert the actual military of moving buildings, floors, etc. and did not like elevator), which was super nice.

CARPET WAS IN BAD SHAPE IN THE ROOM AND THE PARKING ISSUE WAS NO GOOD.

Older design very clean but could use an update. Breakfast was not included on Sunday morning. Paid for parking in a parking lot! Parking shouldve been free.

I did not like anything about this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my life.

Bad and rude customer service, dirty room full of bugs, dirty beds, dirty washroom. Everything was terrible. The hotel even charged me for parking and water, I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never paid for parking and water ever before in any hotel but this hotel charged me for that .
