Hair and dirt all over the bathroom and room. Refrigerator area was raggedy with parts falling off. There was a moldy smell in the lobby and elevators as well as in the room. Construction was going on so lots of noise debris outside and traffic on the elevators.

Hotel staff seem distracted at check in: Upon check in there was an older blonde woman that seemed annoyed by simple questions like: inquiring about dinner & breakfast. After I mentioned I was a Hilton honors member, her mood changed
