The staff were pleasant and kind. When my room key did not work for the pool, a gentleman gave me a key to use. I was given towels when I asked for them.
Negatives:
The bed had a dip in it and caused my back to hurt. The AC did not cool the room. The pool water was cloudy and did not look clean. I am use to having a pen and paper in the room for notes, but there wasn't any.

Water flow in the shower was terrible! With the nozzle head aimed straight out it barely went past the drain in the middle and took me way too long to get soap off during the shower.
With three people at the front desk when I checked out after one day they still had me checked in and I had to return to get a closing bill that afternoon!

The location, the staff was very friendly, the indoor poor was a plus
Negatives:
Bed bugs! Our children were asleep, it was after 11 pm, I found 2 bed bugs in the bed. I should have called immediately to get our rooms switched but I didn’t want to wake the kids. Parents understand. I notified front desk the next morning, we checked out and left.
