Quality Inn O'Fallon I-64

Negatives: The breakfast was sparse. No protein options other than yogurt. Stayed in a handicap room. Im no contractor but Im certain it wouldn’t have passed a proper inspection. The hot tub was not in working order.

Negatives: The price for the dog was expensive, but we appreciated that he could travel with us.

Negatives: At first I liked this place. Night clerk (obviously not the owner) was very pleasant and accommodating. The next morning, when the owners were there was another story. If you come for the free breakfast don't bother. It reeks of penny pinching. The only "healthy" option was a banana. They served apple juice as the only drink obviously because of price point, but what are we? Toddlers? Not a protein in sight. Very forgettable. Then came check out. My son had been sick and accidently overslept. We called the front desk at 10:45 and asked for a late checkout and although there literally wasn't anyone there, he said "That doesn't exist here". My son then asked if he could please take a quick shower. 15 minutes tops and the owner said it would cost him $45 dollars! I mean really? Why be in the hospitality business with that attitude! Very rude, especially with an empty hotel.

Negatives: Pool closed

Negatives: Bed and carpet were very dirty. Mattress and pillows were deeply stained, pungent, and covered with a very thin sheet or pillowcase.

Negatives: Kitchen, smell

Negatives: My room was a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes as soon as you opened the door, very strongly. The breakfast was almost nothing as well. Very limited choices.

Negatives: Bed not functional hot tub

Negatives: They will try to steal your money! DO NOT book with this hotel! We stayed in mid may (roughly two weeks ago as I write this review) and was told our room was good and our deposit has been "refunded" We stayed one night only. Today I get notified that my bank has been charged. And the charge was for 150$. The cost of their deposit. When I called the hotel, they stated: that they charged the deposit on the 16th and stated our money was REFUNDED on the following day the 17th. The hotel denied the new charge on my bank and even admitted that my room was very clean and left how we got it (bed made, counters wiped, shower rinced etc) They stated they did not recharge my account even though I was staring at the charge on my phone. When I called my bank They stated that this hotel did indeed charge us the deposit, and that they Did refund the deposit. And stated that TODAY they recharged our card for the 150$ AGAIN Manager said they would email my refund confirmation and I have YET to receive my Proof! Again AVOID THIS HOTEL! Also don't be fooled by the spa in their pool photos it doesn't work and they have no intention of fixing (says them)
