Positives: I didnt like the room because they cost me money instead of refunding. They really need to change their refund policy. I ended up not needing a room the last night of our trip. I got out of the room before 11 and gave them the key to the room. They would not refund for no reason at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to no one because of that policy. I won't be back when I come back into town.

Negatives: The management charged me $50 pet deposit 7 times on my card and I am still waiting for 3 of them to be refunded along with a $25 deposit. I have called 3 times and still have the same excuses and nothing done.

Positives: The proximity to the location we needed to be

Negatives: The overall facility was not well maintained. There was a very poor smell throughout that was covered up with carpet-fresh. The hallways smelled like sewage. The shower head didn't work properly and was told no one works on weekends. There was black mold above the door in the shower room because the fan wasn't working efficiently. The breakfast bar was basically a continental breakfast. Only had bananas, bread, cereal, coffee, yogurt and at least the 1 waffle machine was there for those that wanted a hot breakfast. The staff was not very friendly when we asked about the wifi password. The pool was not heated, (the end of October), and the hot tub was broken! We needed a late checkout and we were told that for an extra hour we would have to pay $25 extra! Ridiculous!!!
