Positives: Convenient location. Rooms were clean. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Negatives: Breakfast wasn't very good. Just bread, Instant oatmeal, cereal, waffles and bananas. No small muffins or hard boiled eggs. Juice was some kind of mix and very watered down. Creamers were old because milk blobs were in my coffee. If breakfast was improved my score would have been higher.

Positives: They let us change rooms due to poor accessibility for my 84-year-old mother in the bathroom. The 1st room 130 has a tight bathroom with a VERY low toilet. No grab bars. We changed to a handicap room. Unfortunately, they only had a king bed, but we made due.

Negatives: 1st room, bathroom not good. Toilet too low, no grab bars. Room and bathroom needed an upgrade.

Positives: Location was the only good thing about the property. The two women working the front desk was probably some of the nicest ladies I meant at a hotel.

Negatives: The hallway smelled of nasty food. The room smelled very musty and just bad. So bad this is the first time I have went out and bought air fresheners for a hotel room. Room did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly as there was debris and small bits of trash on floor. And the carpet felt moist and soggy without being wet, very nasty. The pool was cloudy and not heated as advertised. Coldest pool ever. Hot tube out of order. Lastly we originally had 2 night stay but we couldn’t do another night in this unacceptable place. We canceled last night through booking app and front desk agreed and said everything was set. Hotel still charged me for both nights plus a random $1.03 charge. Manger is incompetent and unwilling to admit fault and plays dumb when telling him about the random charge and unwilling to help with refunding me the second night even though his staff stated it was fine and everything was set. STAY AWAY!
