Check in the woman was wonderful. Took care of all my needs without hesitation. Made us feel very welcome.

2) couldn't breath in the pool
3) exhaust didn't worl in the pool area
4) evening clerks didn't want to be. troubled with our issue.
5) the children complained about the chlorine smell and it burning their eyes.

Eggs and sausage were luke warm. We had to ask for items to be refilled.

The door to the bathroom blocked the sink when opened. Fridge made a noise and had to change rooms because no one could unplug the appliance.

Location. Linens were clean.
Negatives:
Very low water pressure. Bathroom door handle did not work from inside, teen got stuck in bathroom. Bathroom light/fan did not work properly. The light flickered, fan did not work. Toilet was a slow flusher and clogged. Fridge did not cool properly. Ice available on only 1 floor, other two did not work. Electrical outlets were loose and plugs fell out. Curtains did not close to keep light out. Carpet in front of fridge was sticky. Floor filthy under bed. We left a day early. Staff was unfazed when I advised of some of the issues.

Didn't luke seeing a toilet plunger in a bsg next to toilet. Gave me a scence of cross contamination. Didn't eat the food d and around the elevator were stains and a nauseous smell. Probable won't be back. Sorry

Dirty rag on bathroom floor, plugs couldn't hold plug in, main light flashed non stop, 1st floor ice machine not working, bottom sheet pulled off the bed. I think they charged more than Booking.com advertised, but didn't look that up.
