Positives:
Staff was attentive. Breakfast area was clean, food replenished as needed, coffee available all day. Clean room and everything working well. Noted staff checking the facility to monitor for areas of concern and being proactive. Our remote for the TV was not working and was replaced immediately. Great Mexican restaurant across the parking lot.

It would have been nice if there was a hot tub.

I liked the close proximity to where we were at.

The customer services bad, it was like I was bothering them by asking them to do their job of checking me in or even giving me a blanket for the sofa bed. The pool was disappointing, parts were broken off and just left at the edge of the pool and looked like it could use a good cleaning.

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Easy to get to. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable. We didn’t have time to try breakfast, but the area looked very nice and clean. Coffee was always available. Staff was pleasant. Easy checking and check out.

The tub/shower and toilet area is small and might be a problem for some.

Our room was hot and very musty smelling. It made my asthma act up. The guest above our room was so loud and kept making alot of noise late at night.
