Negatives: Run down.

Negatives: Hotel just converted over from smoking to nonsmoking. So it was in the middle of a remodel which I was unaware of. So my room was of course an old smoking room so the bedspread had cigarette burns and stains even though clearly clean.

Negatives: Smells like cigarettes. Towel racks torn off of the walls. Blood on the sheets. Room smelled like animals.i got bedbugs or some kind of chiggers from sleeping there

Negatives: The sheets had stains on them. There was a hole in the bathroom door. A iron burn mark on the floor

Negatives: The hotel could really use some repairs to the parking lot. The room would be okay as far as a decent bed, but the spread on the foot of the bed was riddled with cigarette burn holes. We took it off, only to find a thin blanket with a large yellow stain...it was totally gross. The chair was stained and dirty looking, could have just used a good cleaning. The blow dryer didn't work. The cups that come individually wrapped, were found on the cabinet. I went to open one and found the wrapping already opened and wet and had an extra cup put in it either by housekeeping or the last customer. On check out, nobody was at the front desk, just a young man playing on his phone and he just said to put my keys on the desk. He was sitting there at check in doing the same thing, playing on his phone. Lastly, it was only 8am and both coffee dispensers were bone dry! I mean, really... don't offer it if you can't fill it. I am not a picky person, and only needed a place to lay my head, but this stay was a total disappointment based solely on what the condition was of everything.

Negatives: Bugs, not clean, staff was hard to find Breakfast supplies ie milk out of date also trash cans were overflowing in dining room from previous days

Negatives: It's was clean

Negatives: An exhaust fan would help the room be less humid.
