Positives: Convenient location where you feel in a private area with a private street but you can still cross to walk to food and even Walmart.

Negatives: Policies aren’t enforced in the pool area. People had glass wine bottles and blaring music after the closed hours in there. You can see straight through the pool area to the gym through giant pane windows and as a woman it’s not comfortable to work out with men drinking in a hot tub being able to watch you.

Positives: Spend one night while visiting parks in the area. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as expected. In general, this hotel was one of the better ones as far as neatness and cleanliness. There was plenty of parking. Pool and exercise room were clean.

Negatives: There was nothing that we didn't like during our short stay.

Positives: I loved how clean and bright the room was. The linens were crisp and fresh, the carpet was clean and I loved the modern/minimalist feel to the room. All of the staff from check in, to breakfast service, to check out, were all kind and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
