The bed was comfortable

The door key only worked half the time. When I went to tell them the first time the man at the desk spoke to me like I was dumb. The new key still didn't work. The hallway was so hot and when we got to our room it was unbearable. It took about 45 minutes for the room to cool off after we turned the AC on. Breakfast was your choice of 2 different cold cereal, toast, yogurt (one flavor), and some pre-packaged muffins. It shouldn't even be advertised as breakfast. There were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot and we ended up with little kids across the hall that kept running to their parent's room next door to us. Very disappointed. I will never stay again.

The Location and the staff were kind and friendly excellent Guest service!!
Negatives:
The cleanliness was very subpar stuff all over the walls and burn holes in the blankets from a non smoking room and it was falling apart.
Also the first day there was no continental breakfast second through fourth days they only had cereal, a few slices of white bread two package muffins. Very disappointing the amount of choices and not having much there for breakfast compared to other motels in the same city.

I didn't like that we had to take out our own trash. No one came around to ask if we needed anything like toilet paper. We didn't have a phone in the room to call anyone there if we needed help . They were not very friendly. We will never stay there again

One of the non-smoking rooms smelled like a smoking room. They also accused us of hiding a dog in our room - we can't even have dogs due to allergies.
