At breakfaste the cook at restaurant was rude when i asked for mayonnaise, told me to ask a waiter that it wasn?t his duty otherwise all was great

The hotel is located at a convenient location, about 10 minutes drive to the airport. The room was large and clean. Room was overall quiet. Parking is available at purchase. Shuttle service was very helpful.

The sound of the small fridge in the room can be heard about every 20 minutes even when it was empty.

The hotel was super clean and very nice, the shuttles to the blue line and airport was nice as it saved us almost 40 minutes of walking to the ACEN convention. It is also fairly close to plenty of places to eat and a gas station.
Negatives:
The shuttle drivers are absolutely awful except for one. Specifically I have an issue with the driver named Ruben. He didn't even wait for us to sit down and my wife split the skin on her tailbone because she fell onto the seatbelt buckle.

Breakfast not included for Hilton Gold member. Not free parking. Pool area very dirty. Other guests were being loud and unsafe in pool area. Hotel staff did not care of correct. Walk by the front desk and the staff doesn't bother to even greet you. Very disappointed in this hotel.

The beds are so comfy and the rooms are clean and well cared for. The property sits quite near the interstate but the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was ample and tasty.
