Everything was ok for the most part. The TV wasn't working properly.
Negatives:
Because they canceled, my original booking even after I spoke with the site twice before 6 pm. Due to them doing a nightly audit. And my card was locked. When they called themselves redoing my reservation, the site didn't give me my original discount and didn't give me the second night. I will never stay there again. I have stayed there before with great experience. They overcharged for a second room without any discounts.

The only real breakfast they had was cereal and bagels. The staff was very rude, the older housekeeper guy on the 3rd floor offered us to be his prostitutes and gave us his number. They told us extra towels weren’t available. Housekeeping didn’t announce themselves they were just barging in rooms in fact, they barged in a room across the hall from us when a couple was having intimate relations and then announced themselves AFTERWARD that they were housekeeping. The duvet underneath our sheets were stained very badly. There were multiple men /customers letting us know that they offer prostitution within the hotel since that was the type of hotel that prostitutes usually stay at. Prostitution ring? As we were leaving after check out the general manager of the hotel was extremely rude and told us we weren’t welcomed back because we were having a personal convo and we had curse words within our conversation. The hotel was dirty all the way around. There was extreme loud construction from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out.

This a dirty, unprofessional, prostitution...
Negatives:
The place was filthy and falling apart. No blackout curtain, had a broken shade that didn't close. Cobwebs on ceiling, hair in bathtub. Pool was nasty and pool deck peeling. There was an area power outage, but they were not willing to compensate for that. Hot breakfast looked like a dirty waffle maker and a tub of gravy and biscuits. I passed on that.
