I didn't like the fact that there were bugs on one of the beds in the room, we took pics for proof.
I didn't like that when I went down to advise the clerk that I felt he just blew me off, not one time offered me a discount,
I advised I wanted to be moved to a different room and received hesitation but was finally given a diff. room.
I still feel that I should have been given a discount or refunded my money. I would have gladly went to another hotel.

I loved how polite and nice every single person was that was there including all staff and visitors.

I didn’t like that I was paying in cash at the hotel in person but I told them that over the phone and I had to pay a deposit that I wasn’t expecting. I wish they would have told me that before hand.

Very comfy bed and pillows- love the pillows! Furnishings were very nice and clean. Room was clean.
Enjoyed the breakfast and thankful for the water/ice dispenser!
Negatives:
Light switches are worn and don’t work great, outlets are also worn and need to be replaced. Wouldn’t hold plugs well. Loud mechanical noises from room above us. Would have liked fruit at breakfast. Yogurt was an off brand-not great. Sausage was not great either.
