There were some problems with the electricity in the room. I made a note and I reported it to the desk clerk in the morning. I didn't realize I could have reported it last night but I was too tired to try to make a room change.

Staff laughed and smirked while I asked about my money. They tried charging $250 deposit. Normally is a $100. Not until I proved I was a rewards member for years did they wave it. Tried to still cancel the room and get another hotel. It was so bad that I didnt even stay they got another hotel and still no money back.

Positives:
The breakfast was great! Loved having scrambled eggs and sausage and fresh fruit. Plus a good variety of other choices like cereal, yogurt, bread, etc. Comfy pillows and bed, slept great!
Negatives:
The coffee wasn't anything great, but was as expected. Designated smoking area other than the front entrance would be nice as walking in at night it was a bit uncomfortable, but ended up being a good stay.
