They are rude. The hotel is sloppy, stains everywhere, electrical tape holding the lamp cords together, they allow pets and didn’t have that posted so my son who is allergic to them had to make an emergency trip because he had a very bad allergic reaction. The front desk people are rude. I could go on and on but just know it’s a terrible hotel to stay at.

Location was nice. Outside of the city, but close enough to drive. Close to stores and restaurants. Police station next door.
Negatives:
The front desk receptionist was very rude. We asked for extra towels and pillows before we arrived. Nothing was in the room. Once in the room, it had dirty sheets a dirty comforter and the headboard was disgusting. There was dust everywhere. The toilet rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The bathroom had chalking coming off the ceiling and around the shower where they had been covering up mold. The walls were moldy and the door didn’t shut all the way. We will never stay here again.

This is the second stay I had there and also the second time I had to go get my card key remade because it didn’t work the first time. The room didn’t have a pleasant smell. The pillows were too firm. Usually hotels have more comfortable pillows but the ones in my room were not as expected. The water pressure in the shower was lacking. Seemed like it took me 3 times longer to rinse out my hair after the shampoo and conditioner. Also, I had to go to the desk to ask for shampoo and conditioner. I had only 2 bottles of conditioner and it looked like they were used. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The biscuits were hard and the eggs were not good.

The kids had a great time in the pool. They also had breakfast so that was a plus even though the meat was cold.
Negatives:
The misinformation about there being a twin bed in the family suite when it was a pull out bed really made me testy. If I had known that it would have been a pull out bed I would have looked somewhere else for a family suite. When I went to pull out the bed I noticed stains on the pillows and mattress cover. When I called the front desk about the stains they moved us to another room. Thank goodness no stains on the sheets or pillows this time. We had a three night stay, the third night our A/C went out at 9:30pm The front desk called our phone in our room 4 times, we couldn't answer it because the phone didn't work! The front desk told us that the A/C couldn't be fixed that night. They wanted to move us to another room when we were already tired. We had been in that room already for 2 days with 3 kids. Decided not too and at 2am We had enough and packed up our stuff and just left the hotel because it was so bad.

It was very dirty. The elevator was small and run down and dirty. The carpets were stained, there were ants in the room, found some hairs here and there. The shower door didn’t close all the way. Most things in poor condition- think rusty metal on the lamps, lots of wear and tear, stains on the comforter.
