The staff knowing I booked 2 rooms ! So it was 2 adults and 8 children and she kept saying “NO PARTY, YOU HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE” I have 4 children of my own and my sister has 4 children we came together just so they can swim in the pool and the staff kept telling us “ITS A LOT OF US” as if WE DIDNT PAY AND SPECIFY IT WAS 10 of us ! Then she followed us to the pool area and watched us through the windows it was creepy and like she was looking for a reason to kick us out ! Then I called in because the upstairs guess was really noisy at 12 in the morning keeping my newborn awake and I didn’t get a response back just the upstairs guest bumped and jumped for another hr in a half!

Always clean rooms, extremely pleasant staff.
Negatives:
Other patrons were playing loud music in the pool area, which could be heard in my room on a different floor. There were several young unattended children in the pool area. The next morning, all of those same children were wrecking havoc in the breakfast area... AGAIN... completely unattended by any adults! This should not be permitted or allowed. The cleaning staff needs to be reminded that not everyone is up at 9am and/or not checking out that day. Conversations between them need to be face to face and not yelling at each other down the hall.
