Negatives: No working fridge and the outlet trips when connecting coffee maker. No additional linen and it takes 2 hrs for room service. People shouting in the corridor throughout the night. Overall a pathetic place.

Positives: Room and location was nice. Check in went smooth.

Negatives: Noisy guests above me the smell of marijuana i in the hallway. Rude front desk people that called the cops on me cause I slid a note asking the people above me to please be quite so I was asked to leave. Even the police were on my side.

Positives: The room was dirty and smelled like a dog even though we have a dog it was discussing

Negatives: Booked the room I wanted and when we got there it was a completely different room . He said because we have a dog. Our dog is well trained and only 15 lb. We have stayed at luxury hotels with beautiful rooms with our dog. I was very insulted
