Room was clean and updated. For the price in the area, it was responsible for a place to sleep and leave early

Should have been told that pool is out commission. Looks deserted yet it’s the 1st photo on the booking.com site. Would have stayed elsewhere with kids had we know the pool was closed and looked like it wasn’t going to open ever again. Maybe change the pool photo. Very misleading!!!

There were two staff members that was prejudicing and distasteful with itinerary and overpricing my card and the manager lied to me as well as the rude staff lied to her about how they mishandled me.
