They only had three towels for a party of 4. They wanted to charge $10 for the 4th towel. The toilet had no cover seat. Very little pillows.

the person at the front desk didn't want to change my room because it stank in there. then he asked for $5 for this service. I said I wouldn’t give him a cent, he should be the one for free. then he asked for at least $3. I repeated that I would not give him a cent. So he changed my number for free after long negotiations... now they are not refunding my $60 deposit.

ummm it was some quick.
Negatives:
it was little confusing to get to, and not the fact that it took some time for someone to show up to the desk. the room was ok, there was signs and i was told it was not a smoking room but when i walked in…. it definitely smelled like smoke. of course the sheets smelled like it too. still was mind blown for $60 security deposit…. for what?
