Staff was mostly friendly. Location is okay. Takes a second to figure out the best way in and out. Vending machine downstairs was a big hit.
Negatives:
Breakfast was basic hotel fare, so pretty meh. Pool was broken the entire stay. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the indoor pool. We had to pay to use an indoor pool at a local community pool. Fire alarm went off at 6am, had to evacuate. Never told why or offered apology.

Positives:
from checking in I felt a warm welcome! even tho they had a wedding on this day they still made us feel at home.i special requested the first floor and they honored that. Exceptional customer service by gentleman that checked us in.
also the ladies cleaning the rooms was super friendly! we definitely will book again . we all slept comfortably. kudos to this hotel!!

the only thing I wish they had was . a hot tub . but that would not change us from booking again.
