After Monday, Dec 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: There was zero sound-proofing in the room. All I heard ALL night was trucks and cars on I-55. Worst night sleep in a hotel, ever. I had to sleep with my AirPods in - which is NOT comfortable. Do NOT recommend.
