Positives:
Everything was great! We did one night for New Years Eve. The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to all the fun things in the area. As soon as we landed, check-in was very smooth. The load-in area was clear and parking was easy. It was affordable and offered in's and out's. There were plenty of elevators that worked fast. We made sure to utilize all the things the hotel had to offer. The room was clean and had a Keurig, which was nicer than a glass pot. We had to call housekeeping to bring us a couple extra things and they were very fast and friendly. The bathroom was very clean and the showers had great pressure. We used the swimming pool. Lots of towels on hand there. We had dinner at the restaurant and the staff was nice, the food was reasonably priced and good. I forgot a few things but the gift shop had everything I'd need and had some additional cute things to buy. The lady was really nice. We went outside to catch the fireworks with other guests of the hotel. Everyone was in such good spirits. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to regulate. In the morning, we had breakfast at the buffet. It was clean, the food was prepared well, and the staff was all very friendly. The public seating was very comfortable along with the public restrooms on the main floor. Everywhere you went was clean and the facilities were all updated. It was nice that there were things to do and was family friendly. We would definitely do it all over again! It was a great experience! Also, I should note that I called the reservation line and even that was very easy! Check out turned was seemless and it was nice to see that all my charges weren't high at all for all the things that we did during our stay!

Seriously it was a great experience. Such minor issues that it doesn't seem worth to mention, but if the staff wants to know to help elevate the experience.. The water in the pool was colder than we had hoped and the floor was a bit slippery but it was towards the end of the night and lots of families were there so I suppose it was to be expected. The phone was also a bit confusing since you can only call using the speakerphone and have to call the front desk to be routed to the other departments. I went to the front desk to talk to people because I couldn't figure it out. But it wasn't bad, just a minor hiccup. Also my family joked how the reading lights designed to allow one guest to read while everyone else would sleep turned out to be so bright they'd light up the whole room. LOL. But it was a nice even soft light, just brighter than what we thought.

very good position for airport, for Blue line and for the Rosemont mall. Staff super kind, car parking always available and free. Good also the restaurant where there are few main to choose but very good and well prepared. I loved the free shuttle service for the airport. The convention center is on the other road side, 50 meters. Room was big enogh and bed was comfortable..
Negatives:
The road for the blue line station is practically an highway, not the best walk in my life, but the situation is the same for all the rosemont hotels.
