It was in close proximity to the venues that we needed to be at.
Negatives:
The distance we had to walk to get to the parking ramp with our luggage. The vomit that was in the Parking garage stairwell that we had to lift luggage over and around was pretty disgusting. Housekeeping opened our door at 6 AM and came in our room while we were sleeping. (When we woke up and they realized we were in the room, they did apologize and leave.) Do they not get a list of occupied rooms?

Spacious room with a coffee machine. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The room was extremely dirty. There were dirty towels on the floor behind the couch and gum packages. Pet fee was 100 dollars! Which is absurd.

I arrived to check in & was told the hotel was evacuating due to a bomb threat. The hotel desk clerk told me to go to the mall next door for 4 hours. I went to the airport & got an early flight home. All my messages to the hotel asking for a refund have been unanswered.

Parking was a bit of a task. Unclear parking areas. No valet. Parking lot suggested was far away from the building. I can't imagine dragging children and bags in bad weather.
