The airport shuttle bus driver was excellent and very friendly. Even at 4:30AM, He made sure to confirm our airline and drop us off at the correct terminal. Great service!
Negatives:
After getting off the 330 bus and walking towards the hotel, I got some scratches on both knees. Unfortunately, the first aid supplies at the front desk were very limited. Additionally, the 330 bus, according to Google Maps, was supposed to stop right in front of the hotel, but it did not.

some of the staff were very caring and professional, they were very concerned about providing a quality experience to everyone.
Negatives:
the other half of staff were unhygienic (kitchen staff rubbing his nose while out in front of guests), confused (in a way that is very obviously due to poor management), or completely absent (the shuttle never arrived at the airport after waiting over an hour - we paid for a lyft instead- and we were unable to get thru to the hotel until a new operator happened to start their shift at the top of the new hour).

Breakfast but paid and later asked why advertise free. Front desk apologize during check, to ask about the breakfast voucher and the airport shuttle was inconvenient coming to the hotel but excellent leaving the hotel.
