The location was outstanding! The breakfast staff was outstanding! The rooms were very clean and relaxing

It was over priced! The pool was small , no hot tub! The rooms were dated and had no cover for the front window! The front desk could have been more specific about where I could park, and the garage was small for the amount of money I paid for parking! The front desk did not tell me anything about the area I was in, or what kind of food and things to do around the hotel although I clearly was staying with kids and family. Front desk not informative.

The breakfast was excellent and it was a good set up. The location is good in the entertainment area.

The shuttle did not pick us up. We had to take a taxi and the driver was mad because it was a short drive and charged me $30. I told the desk clerk and he said he'd tell the manager. This building is dated and needs an uplift.

Missed the free happy hour drinks by a few mins - either give 2 free drinks or dont. The "free" breakfast cost me an additional $25 and it did not start until after we checked out. 7am is not early enough. Bed was hard, shower lacked water pressure, junkie hair dryer, old school decor, has thicker carpet all down hall and cannot roll suite case easy down it. The shuttle was not great - waited hour for it (hench why we were annoyed we missed our free drinks as well). Location description on pick up location was horrible. It has great location. I would not recommend. Over priced for what we got.
