Between Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: Next morning before I checked out I was looking for my car keys and I looked everywhere and when I lift up one of the mattresses I found needle and drugs underneath the mattresses I was sleeping on. Felt disgusted and angry that I slept on this. When I checked out and showed the picture of what I found to the front desk I was told manager would call me and still havent heard anything from them.
