First and foremost, I was surprised to find that I was charged for parking despite it being advertised as free. This unexpected expense was inconvenient and felt misleading. Clear and accurate information about parking fees should be provided to avoid such confusion for guests. Additionally, I was dismayed to find that the pool was out of order during my stay. One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was the advertised indoor pool, as it was essential for my relaxation and enjoyment. However, there was no prior notice about the pool's unavailability on your website or at the time of booking, which was quite frustrating. Furthermore, the quality of the breakfast was subpar. The food options were limited, and the freshness and taste were below the standards I have come to expect from a hotel of your caliber. This his aspect of my stay was quite disappointing.

Positives:
It is a clean, nicely appointed, well tended Hampton Inn close to the airport. There is a shuttle to the airport and for a fee, you can leave your car. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the best part of this location. Just lovely people, from the desk clerks, to the breakfast help, to the cleaning staff, to the man who tried to help me jump start my car when it died after 10 days in the garage. My wife is planning on staying here when she returns to Rosemont for a concert next month.
