Positives: Conveniently located not too far from O’hare airport and free shuttle to go the airport.
Negatives: The free shuttle does not go to terminal 5. If you are arriving at this terminal, it is better to stay at another hotel that provides it.

Positives: I was discriminated and verbally assaulted by another customer. Called me and my sister trashy. Because we were black and to keep it down as we walked into our room. Ignore the comment. And later security came to our door stating we were banging on walls and very loud to leave. I stated the issue with the next door customer. I called manager Michelle’s office sample the situation and advise this was a sister bday get together and told her staff as I check in. We were not disrespectful. She Michelle the manager on duty 10/4 advised I should have told them about the other customer. Well I’m a district manager and deal with client daily with such ignorance, so I ignore. It was clear she took there side. Manager advise that we can stay. Ask for another room she said no. We had to leave out to even talk.
