No microwave. No fridge, ac was not working, toilet made nosies all night the handle on toilet you had to shake. Did jot have towels plus shower ran rusted old water......they charged my card 37 a day for parking disnt offer me breakfast rate then I paid cash for parking and they still charged me after ot was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Positives:
We love the location of those property! One of our favorite things about staying here, is getting to watch the planes take off and land at O’Hare Airport. The pool is always fun… with a skyline view and skylights to help you feel like you’re soaking up the sun on those really nice days. Can’t wait for our next stay!

I never received my deposit back that I was supposed to have refunded. We were very nice to the room and after awhile of asking they just stopped responding to me. And still haven’t gotten that money back
