How the hotel was connected to the convention center and parking garage. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. The view from the room was great.
Negatives:
The parking was not included in the stay which bumped up the cost of the hotel stay. There was not a refrigerator in the hotel room which is normally included in hotel rooms. There was also not a microwave either.

Upon arrival I had 4 heavy pieces of luggage and I came from 16 hours flight from Dubai and had body tem over 100 but not a single staff offered to help me with luggage from the taxi to the registration desk and to my room.
The guy at the front desk was very friendly but he was a lone …also I couldn’t turn the heat up ( very sick) at my room and I called the front desk twice with no answer..
Also under booking.com or your website didn’t show you offer airport shuttle.. it shows how do get a taxi to the facility…
I’ll come again but I hope you address comments..

Wonderful stay, clean, friendly staff.
Positives:
The staff was friendly and the beds are comfortable. The location in relation to the exhibition building is perfect.
Negatives:
The hotel is outdated. There was a musty smell coming from the air conditioning and the windows can't open so there is no possibility to get some fresh air in. The sockets were loose and not all of them work properly. The bathroom was clean, but could use a make over.
