Positives:
Perfect location! Easy access to Allstate Arena. I was so surprised that the airport wasn't loud at all and I could sleep through the night.
Negatives:
Staff were a little slow but I think they were training. Couldn't check in at 2:50 which I thought was a little strange. They told me to wait 10 minutes and then I had to walk up to the counter again.

Breakfast needs have to variety, we stayed for five days with not a single change in items for breakfast.

Rooms cleaning and bedding is not cleaned or changed on daily basis which is not good practice.
