Parking. Quest pay $19.00 a day and there aren’t enough parking spots for the paying quest. Then I found out after questioning the pleasant customer service rep at the front desk that they SOLD parking spots to individual non hotel guest that were attending a concert nearby. SO NOT RIGHT to TREAT YOUR HOTEL GUEST IN SUCH A MANNER.

It was such an awful stay. First of all has been so difficult to communicate with the structure, they were not picking up the phone, or replying to emails.
We arrived in the night, and it was 30 dollars to arrive to the hotel, so not really around the corner from the airport.
When we arrived there, the reception staff was incredible unhelpful. She was shouting, and saying that the room requested and payed for was not available and it was not her fault. At the end the room was available, so not really understood the drama that we needed to go through.
Overall, one of the worst hotel experience in my life.

I booked them at the last min and the prices was reasonable and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned and smelled fresh soon as I walked in. Bed linen was not cleaned. Complained and was given a different room. That room also had used linen on the bed. We asked the staff to drop clean linen to the room, and we would make up the bed ourselves.

The night shift desk receptionist was overwhelmed by issues outside her control ( see below)
Yet she remained pleasant and calm
She provided us with an alternative room when asked on a lower floor

it was a hot and humid night in Chicago and the A/C was not working adequately at midnight. Guests were not happy. It seemed like the receptionist was trying to contact someone in maintenance on her two way radio and after trying three different people got no reply. She was alone on this. I was lucky and got a room on lower floor, the room was holding at about 74 degrees.
We did ok but saw others checking out at midnight
I believe heat pump system was overwhelmed by the outside temp and humidity but it is a modern structure. Come on, man.

I like the room, its clean and spacious. Over looking Chicago O' Hare airport and you get to see planes flying and landing. However, need to have a microwave to heat food and kettle for hot drinks in the room.

Location convenient to the airport, comfortable clean room, breakfast included, reasonable price.
Negatives:
Freeway noise was pretty loud. We asked for a room on the side away from the freeway, but when we got to the room it was on the freeway side. Shower gel was empty, toilet paper holder broken, only decaf coffee provided. Breakfast offerings were minimalist, had to ask staff to refill coffee urn, forks, and spoons. Altogether service seemed indifferent and facility not up to Hyatt Place standards.
