Negatives: Extemely expensive. The rate out of proportion and cost of drinks like at a high-end cliv for no reason

Negatives: This time there was an event going on and even though on 10th floor was still pretty noisy at 11:30. Otherwise all was great.

Negatives: So small room # 1150 at the last floor , and you must go upstairs after get the 10 floor by the elevator. They took $342 but should be only $300 we don’t eat and don’t drink in the room.

Negatives: Rooms were old and outdated for the price. Everything is very overpriced at the hotel. Furniture was nicked up and worn. Room was not very clean. There were boogers on the shower curtain and mold in the shower. Front desk staff was very rude except one lady. They made me come down twice without telling me the card deactivated the next day even though I paid for 2 days. I traveled with my handicap mom and they were wanting me to come down twice for every little issue. I could not keep doing that when traveling with a pet, a wheelchair bound family member, and luggage. I would not stay here again.

Negatives: Price for amenities on site. Food options.

Negatives: The room we had was one of the ones in the corners and was accessed down a narrow twisting hall. The bathroom is quite small and in need of an update, but OK for a one-night stand when no clothes-tending was needed. Noise from the hall and neighboring rooms comes through loud and clear, but there was just a few minutes of that.

Negatives: So very huge, difficult for a person with a disability to get around!

Negatives: Almost everything else. I was early for check in by around 45 minutes and had a large suitcase and a small suitcase. The staff was able to get me a room but said it was up steps and there was no elevator; she did mention someone could help me. I told her that I don’t mind waiting for another room then because my luggage is heavy and I’d prefer the wait. SHE WAS WAY TOO ADAMANT on me taking this room and said it’s better to take it now because at check in there are usually long lines. I told her I don’t mind waiting but she kept insisting. I budged and just took it. Once she checked me in, she didn’t tell me where I could find help or anything. I ended up asking and she pointed in a direction but no one was there and I had no idea where she pointed. I gave up and just took my bags up the steps by myself one by one (which I almost fell carrying the heavier bag). I came back around check in and guess what, barely any lines. The room itself did not scream Hyatt; I felt like I was staying at a 2 or 3 star hotel that should have been half the price of what it really was. The room was awkwardly designed and quite small. Fast forward to the night, there was a convention going on so I’m assuming it was people from the convention, BUT THEY WERE TOO LOUD. I had to call reception 2 or 3 times to ask them to tell these people to stop yelling. I guess my window was right next to the ground area where these guests were hanging out. I just don’t understand why they didn’t organize it in such a way that convention goers stay in a separate wing and anyone not attending the convention, be as far away as possible from it. Honestly, this was not my favorite hotel and the check in staff was not my favorite. I feel like because of her, I was not able to enjoy the rest of my stay.
