Room services was very poor. We had to get our Duvet and pillows by our self from receptions. Parking was paid so not worth with value we paid for room. Sofa Bed was not comfortable at all. Not Good response from staff.

Airport shuttle service not clear , automated message says it picks up at terminal 2 and terminal 5 so we waited more than an hour at terminal 5 only to call again and find out you have to special order it for international pickups which wasn’t mentioned in the automated message . Then the shuttle driver came and seemed really grumpy that he had to come pick us up .

The location is pretty OK, if you just need a place to sleep while travelling from OHare Airport. The breakfast - typical american breakfast. Fresh oatmeal porridge, which was nice. You can sit outside for the breakfast, which was great.

We´ve booked a shuttle to pick us up from the airport in advance, but noone came.
