Positives:
For someone obsessed with airplanes like me, my room couldn't have been more perfect. I could open the curtains, lay in bed and watch airplanes come and go all day long. Also, it is in walking distance (not a short walk, but definitely not too long) to Allstate Arena!
Negatives:
Bed was not the most comfortable, but wasn't horrible. The bathroom practically flooded because I took a shower and the shower curtain did nothing to keep the water from splashing on the ground. Definitely need new shower curtains.

There wasn’t anything that I liked, it’s a crappy airport hotel. I picked it because I needed a hotel north of Chicago traffic, and I liked the parking rate, which was a typo on a part of the booking.com website. I’m definitely staying elsewhere since there’s absolutely no value in staying at this oversized motel 6.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken when we were checking out. We almost were stuck in it and when I told the front desk, they already knew it was broken. Why didn’t they have an out of order sign on every floor, or just turn the damn thing off.

11 floor is very nice view. I like the security keycard to be able to activate it to my floor. Safety of my car parking at the property as well.

I was there a night when the hotel computer was down. Was in line with a large group trying to check in. Only to find out no reservations were valid. This was after being in line for TWO hours. By this time it was after midnight. We were all turned away. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I will not be going there anymore! I emailed the manager but never heard back. Par for the course.

Positives:
The property cancelled my reservation the day I landed in the city though I booked it weeks in advance. Booking.com didn’t make any alternate arrangements for us and we had to just sleep in the airport as the other hotels nearby (as we had other family members in their respective rooms in the same hotel) were all booked for that night and were requiring a two. Ought stay for last minute reservations. So it was a TERRIBLE experience with the hotel and Booking.com

Lack of respect for our time and for our reservation and cancelling at the last minute with no reason.
