The shuttle was advertised as going to other destinations such as the CTA in Rosemont but on the first occasion we were told they didnt have time and we would have to go to OHare CTA and when collected we had to ring 3times and waited 40 minutes.
The station next to the hotel is Metra only and only commuter times Mon to Fri
Charged for bottled water even though loyalty card holders
Microwave and fridge on request - only found this out on finding an info card on the floor of our room then when requested the delivery of the microwave took so long we ate our snack cold
The quality of the food ordered at the hotel was expensive and of very poor quality
Music was too loud everywhere including lift atriums and the stripes and coloured lighting did nothing for the jet lag

The late check out idea was excellent.
They have a price for check out at 1300 , at 1400 and so on. Not too many hotels have this flexibility.

Only few restaurants around the areas.No one helped me with the language. I had to pull them all by myself.
