Room on 3rd floor they should really disclose that every morning at 6am you'd be woken up by loud banging noises as they're moving around the tables in their conference rooms on the same floor or doing something else. It was super annoying! Also I paid for late check out and it was not added to my room so I ended up getting locked out and had like 3 cleaning staff keep knocking asking them need to clean. The bill was already added to my room stay and j was charged so super annoying it was not added and I had to come down to reception twice to sort it.
