I couldn’t really eat the breakfast since it was cereal, rolls, oatmeal. I can’t eat gluten and am diabetic so just had coffee. I think there was some fruit there so I probably could have had an apple.
Negatives:
First room we had no air conditioning, refrig barely worked & I have medication that needs refrigeration. But the worst was the smell-I realize it was a pet room but somebody’s pet had a major accident in there and it reeked. Maintenance came, didn’t do much finally I got moved to a new room. It was so much better, cleaner, no smell and everything worked.

Positives:
The breakfast was simple, but very adequate. We appreciated the fruit, and waffles. The dining area was immaculate, and very well cared for.
Negatives:
Since we had 4 in our room we missed having another sink outside of the bathroom, as many motels have. However, this was a minor inconvenience and due to the number of people traveling with us.

booked a standard king room n/s was told at check in i was getting 2queens instead , but because we had a dog we were told we have to take a room in he back of the hotel with 2 double beds and had to pay same rate (bait and switch) also I was told the owner would call me to make things right and that never happened. I was cheated and was made to feel inferior because I had a pet. 1st and last time we will ever stay at this or any Quality Inn & Suites .
